CANCELLATIONS – Please give us advance notice for canceling appointment call or message us on Facebook,Instagram @ Xavia Nails & spa – Please give us 24h notice so that we have the opportunity to offer your reserved time to another client on our waiting list. – Please be advised, if you repeatedly cancel appointments without proper notice or no show we reserve the right to ask for a non-refundable deposit to secure your next appointment. LATE ARRIVALS – Your appointment may be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late. – If you know you’re going to be late for your appointment please call : 519 895 8686 to let us know in advance, so we will decide if we have enough time to do your services, otherwise we will need to reschedule your appointment for another time. REFUND POLICY – We do not provide refunds on service, However we will try our best to address your issues with the service itself. – We’re more than happy to fix any service within 7 days of your visit, fixes after 1 week will be charged. – Please choose carefully as our artist may have questions about them and will not be held liable for the nail’s color or length. – If you are unsatisfied with our service, please speak with the manager immediately, we’ll do our best to remedy the situation.
